The general contact form and ordinary email are not secure channels for protected health information. Please do not use them for sensitive medical details.

No upload portal

Harbor & Haven does not currently provide a secure document-upload portal through this website. Forms are provided and returned using Harbor & Haven’s approved instructions.

Our follow-up

When sensitive information must be collected, Harbor & Haven will give separate instructions for how to share it.
