Behavioral wellness companion care is non-medical and does not replace licensed behavioral-health treatment or other clinical services. Post-hospital recovery support is intended to complement, rather than replace, professional medical care and instructions. We focus on providing a calm, respectful, and supportive environment while recognizing each individual’s preferences and routines.

Services may be available to seniors, aging adults, veterans, adults needing non-medical support, families seeking respite care, and individuals who may benefit from life-management assistance, subject to applicable requirements.
We serve communities throughout Northern Virginia, including Stafford County, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Prince William, Fairfax, and surrounding areas.
The first step is to schedule a consultation. A $45 deposit reserves the appointment. The initial in-home assessment is $95–$100. We will discuss your needs, answer questions, and help determine appropriate next steps.
Scheduling is based on the type of service, individual needs, availability, and any applicable scheduling requirements.
Private-pay prices are listed in Service Rates. Most in-home services are hourly, with a 3-hour minimum visit. Weekends add 10% and holidays add 15%. The initial in-home assessment is $95–$100.

Private-pay cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or a missed visit, may result in a $45 non-refundable administrative fee, except where a payer contract or the law says otherwise. A $45 deposit is also required to reserve the initial consultation. See the Client Service Agreement.
